Tool. The material is Copper (110 Alloy). The edges of the part required 95% shear. The material thickness is 0.250” and the hole is 06875 +/- 0.002”. The narrow slots in the part are 0.125” wide — that is 50% of the material thickness. The part is used within a “special pump mechanism” in the Electrical Industry. GRIPflow® was an economical alternate to machining the part. |
